Answer:

Do the splits and lean back and try to grab your ankle! If you can’t reach it put your back leg under a chair and grab the bottom of the chair to push yourself farther. Work on hyper extended splits like with text books or one leg up on the couch. And even just pulling your scorp a lot will help
